Chegg - Rent Textbooks Instead of Buying
How much cash do you spent on books each semester? Yeah, probably a lot right? You now have a choice instead of waiting in line at the student bookstore just to get stacks of books that will eventually be shoved into a corner of your room in a few months. Renting is much easier than buying anyway. And cheaper too. Now you can rent college textbooks from Chegg with just a few clicks of the mouse and have them delivered before your classes start. Don’t ever worry about your textbooks again.

Chegg’s textbook selection is big. At over 2 million books you won’t need to worry if they have the textbook you are looking for. They have everything from business to zoology and everything in between so you are bound to find what you need. And unlike the regular bookstores, their website is available 24 hours a day.
Chegg textbook rentals help college students save hundreds of dollars on buying new or used college textbooks each semester. With millions of new & used books, finding the textbook you need at discounted prices is easy, not to mention our fast delivery and easy book returns.
Chegg works almost like Netflix when renting textbooks. If you’re unfamiliar with the process here’s how it works: Start by signing up for an account on Chegg’s website then place your order for the textbooks you’ll need for the upcoming semester. Once you confirm the order and pay for the books they will be shipped to you in the mail. When you are done with the books at the end of the semester, send them back with the prepaid return label.
In addition to renting cheap textbooks, Chegg is committed to preserving our forests by planting a tree for every textbook rented. Save big and be green by renting textbooks!
If you’re interested in saving some money (and who isn’t) by renting books, check out Chegg.com and learn more about book renting at MindPetals.com.

I will never EVER use chegg again - one of my books was actually supposed to be a package of two books (Ch 1-9 and Ch 10-15), but instead of just finding and sending me both books at once, they only ever sent me the second book. Tried fixing the problem through email with their “customer service” department, but they didn’t get the problem. Long story short, had to purchase the one book I did receive in addition to the initial renting cost, at the full price of both books.
We are so happy you stumbled upon Chegg. We are ready for the 2008-2009 school year and are serving 2,100 plus schools this year.
Order soon as August 19th is the biggest textbook ordering day. As always, we would love to know your feedback once you have tried the service.

I would love to agree with you - but i have tried the 888 number at least 15 times and each time (no matter what time of day) it tells me that you are overloaded and I should try again - I’ve emailed twice and both times have gotten the initial email stating someone will get back in 24 hours - but alas, noone does. I also cannot get into my account - I can log in but when I click on my account it goes blank. Quite frustrating! Leslie
I am so upset with Chegg. This is the worst service I have ever received. I have sent more than 20 emails, left 2 tickets, and numerous telephone messages. I have yet to have my problem addressed. No one will even contact me about my problem. As a last resort, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about Chegg, and I have informed my credit card company to charge back the cost of the book I never received - the book that Chegg is reporting as my having - but on their own screen, it does not even show the name of the sender. I DO NOT HAVE THIS BOOK! I REFUSE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I DO NOT HAVE!
